The founding partners of MakeBetterSchools have been working in schools for the past 25years. They have worked in schools ranging from effective and well-managed schools right through to ineffective and uninspiring, across a range of student populations and social disadvantage ratings.

They have led whole school change and turned underperforming places where teachers don’t want to work to state leading, school improvement centres.
